Indicates that the dialog ID is subject to data privacy rules.
Use
The system displays the relevant data privacy warning only when a user attempt to access dialog transactions which must comply with privacy rules.
Dependencies
If the user attempts to access a dialog transaction that has been flagged as private, the system displays a data privacy warning if the following conditions are fulfilled:
- The student has been assigned a data privacy level in student master data.
- This data privacy level has been assigned a data privacy warning in Customizing for Campus Management.
