If the selected data privacy level is assigned a data privacy warning in Customizing, the system displays this warning every time a user attempts to access a dialog transaction that has been designated as private. The data privacy warning appears in a dialog box.
The system admistrator defines the required data privacy levels and specifies which dialog transactions are subject to data privacy rules in Customizing for Campus Management.
