Documentation
Definition
Specifies whether the system should carry out a check for an application item in the academic structure.
Use
If the check flag is activated and one or more rule containers are assigned in the academic structure, the check is carried out at the callup point specified in the status network of the application type.
Note: If the check flag is activated but no rule containers are assigned in the academic structure, the check is not carried out.
Example
In the academic structure, a rule container is assigned to the program Mathematics for the callup point admission. The callup point admission is specified in the status network of the application type admission for the status transfer from complete to approved.
The check flag is activated in Customizing for the application item application type/infotype 1001/A530 (applies for) assigned to the application type admission.
The rule container is then evaluated when the status of an application of the type admission for the program Mathematics changes from complete to approved.
