Use

The system uses benefit categories when it determines prices in in Campus Management fee calculation.

You can use benefit categories to define price reductions for employees or other groups of persons.

Requirements

The benefit categories are only used in pricing if you have incorporated them in the pricing procedures and in the associated condition tables in Customizing for Campus Management.

Procedure

In create, change, copy mode, use this field to identify the benefit category for this student. To do so you can request a list of benefit plan categories and make a selection.
