Definition

Function module used by the system to check the conditions for automatic application approval in the workflow.

Example

You want the system to automatically approve an application for leave of absence when all conditions are satisfied.

You set up an automatic check function module for the leave of absence application.

You can also specify whether certain application items must be maintained before the automatic check can be executed. This is done by activating the field Flag for these application items in the Customizing activity Set Up Application Item/Application Type Combinations.
