Use

An admission application can have the following statuses:

• Created (always w/o a status supplement)

  The admission application was created, but not approved nor rejected.

• Approved (always w/o a status supplement)

  Admission was executed for the created admission application.

• Rejected/Withdrawn

  The system offers the following options, and shows the corresponding status supplement in the student file:

• The university has rejected the admission application (w/o a status supplement).
• The student has withdrawn the admission application (relevant status supplement).
• The student has declined the offer of admission (relevant status supplement).
