Definition
Specifies the date on or after which students must be enrolled at the institution in order to be included in Fall Enrollment reporting for Sections E and F (unduplicated headcount and instructional activity).
Use
Section E & F reporting requires that data is reported for a complete year, and therefore the start and end date entered here must incorporate an entire 12 month period, for example, July 1st through to June 30th of the following year, or September 1st through to August 31st of the following year.
