Definition
Set this option whenever an applicant applies for an Extra choice in courses.
When an applicant has decisions for all six of the choices, but hold no offers then the applicant is eligible for applying for an Extra course. Extra is a procedure which gives applicants who have used all six choices, but are holding no offers, the opportunity to make a further choice.
The institution may make conditional, unconditional or unsuccessful decisions on the Extra course, and applicants may accept the offer firmly or decline it.
