Definition

This data element indicates the status of the adjustment process at the institution that the student chooses. Following are the possible options:

  • R -Registered for Adjustment: System sets the value when the applicant registers in the Track.
  • D -Adjustment Decline: System sets the value on the original UF choice when the applicant has accepted (UF) the new adjustment choice. The system sets the choice reply to D (Decline) at the same time. This flag enables the institutions to distinguish between normal and adjustment declines.
  • C - Reconfirmed in Adjustment: System sets the value if you reach the expiry date (applicant's individual date or route date) and have not received any offer on a new adjustment choice.
