Definition
Select if you want to withold or not withold an empoyee's increment. The possible options are:
- No Withold - If you do not withold an empoyee's increment
- Withold - If you want to withold an empoyee's increment
- Cummulative Withold - If you want to withold an empoyee's increment untill an cummulative period
Note
If you select Withod or Cummulative Withold, you have to provide a reason for the same.
