Definition

Select if you want to withold or not withold an empoyee's increment. The possible options are:

  • No Withold - If you do not withold an empoyee's increment
  • Withold - If you want to withold an empoyee's increment
  • Cummulative Withold - If you want to withold an empoyee's increment untill an cummulative period

Note

If you select Withod or Cummulative Withold, you have to provide a reason for the same.
