Definition
For the employees belonging to a Pay Scale Grouping for Allowances, you can decide whether you want to retain the Personal Pay, while giving increments.
Dependencies
The Basic Promotions Report (HINIBSP0) reads this field while updating the Basic Pay Infotype (0008) with the increments.
Example
An employee, belonging to Pay cale Grouping for Allowances MN01, has a Personal Pay of Rs.100, before increment. You have selected Retain personal pay for MN01 in table view Basic Codes for Allowance Groups (V_T7INB5). In this case, even after an increment update by the Basic Promotions Report (HINIBSP0), the Basic Pay Infotype (0008) will have a Personal Pay wage type of amount Rs.100.
