Specify the deduction on account of repairs of the house property owned by the employee.
Dependencies
Deduction towards Repairs under Section 24 is allowed only if the house is rented out. The value of Dedn-repairs u/s 24 cannot exceed 30% of the Final lettable value. The system checks the value of REP24 Constant of table view Payroll Constants (V_T511K) for this percentage.
