House Property Type
Use
Indicates that the property owned by the employee is rented out or
self occupied.
Following Property Types can be defined
o Self Occupied / Deemed Self Occupied
In this type of house property no income is received during the
financial year.
o Partly Let out Property
The house is let out during any part/parts of the year.
o Wholly Let out Property
The house is let out during complete year.
