Definition

Specify the factor that the report must use for computing the bonus amount. The factor can be computed

• As a Percentage - If you have selected the Annual Basis Salary option, the report will compute the bonus as a percentage of the factor that you have entered in the Factor to Calculate Bonus field.
• In Months - If you have selected the Monthly Basis Salary option, the report will compute the bonus in monthly multiples of the factor that you have entered in the Factor to Calculate Bonus field.
