Definition
Specify the deduction on account of other expenses incurred by the emloyee towards house property. For example, premium paid by the employee towards house insurance.
Dependencies
Deductions towards Others under Section 24 is allowed only if the house is rented out.
Note
The system considers any service fee or other charges incurred for deduction towards interest under Section 24.
For example, the service charge incurred on the housing loan while transferring the same from one bank to another, is considered for deduction towards interest under Section 24.
