Definition
Indicate if you have recruited an employee belonging to a reserved category on merit. In such a case, you can assign this employee to an unreserved roster point ID instead of to a reserved roster point ID.
Use
If you recruit an employee of a reserved category based on merit to an unreserved post, the employee can retain the reserved category benefits for future promotion. System checks the value of this indicator while storing the reservation category of this employee in Actions infotype (0000).
