Definition
There are following types of tranche:
- Event Based - Where the disbursement amount depends on a particular event. For example, when an employee buys the land, he/she gets 20% of the approved loan amount.
- Time Based - Where the disbursement amount depends on the time period. For example, the employee gets 40% of the loan amount 36 months after approval of loan.
- Both - Where the disbursment amount depends on both, the event and the time.
You can select any one of the types for a particular sequence number of a Loan Grouping.
