Definition
Specify the path of the folder where the e-Files for a particular quarter are present. e-Files belonging to particular quarter should be stored in the same folder.
Form 24Q e-File Consolidation Program report (HINCF24C) consolidates e-Files belonging to a particular quarter.
Naming convention for the e-Files that you store in the folder
You must store the e-Files with the naming format as F24**_##.txt, where
- ** indicates the quarter of the financial year for which the e-File is generated
- ## indicates the serial number of the e-File. Serial number should start from 01.
Example
An e-File generated for the first quarter and having serial number 01, should be named as F24Q1_01.txt.
