Definition
Specify the group ID. You define groups based on employee's :
- Salary
- Educational Qualification
- Seniority
Use
Assigning employees to a specific group entitles them for the benefits assigned to that group. You can assign one or more group to a time independent model roster ID. System permits you to assign five groups to a time independent model roster ID.
Dependencies
Example
Groups based on salary can be as follows:
- Group A for Salary Grade A officer
- Group B for Salary Grade 8
- Group C for Salary Grade 2 to Grade 7
- Group D for Salary Grade 1
