Definition
Indicates a fixed amount paid as part of bonus.
Bonus payments are calculated by two methods:
- as a percentage of basic salary
- as a fixed amount
Entries in this field are used as the amount of bonus paid as opposed to bonus paid as a percentage of basic salary which is specified in the report India specific bonus calculations.
Note
In case this is not a fixed amount but based on a percentage of salary, leave this field blank.
