Definition

This configuration is to control the deletion authorization of the request to the Employee.

By default, a request can be deleted if no action has been taken on it ( i.e., request is in 'New' or 'To be Approved' status ).

This configuration (if seleted / ticked / checked) allows the request to be deleted even if the request is not in 'New' or 'To be Approved'.

Whatever is the case the request is not allowed to be deleted if:

  • The Infotype updation has happened, i.e., Status 'To be Processed' and above for Request types Claim, Advance, Claim against Advance, Claim against Application, Encashment.
  • The status is 'Approved' or above for Request types Application, Application Cancellation.
