Select this option, if you want the India specific Bonus calculation Report (HINCBON0) to compute bonus as per the Payment of Bonus Act (POBA).
While computing the bonus as per POBA, the report checks the eligibility of the employee towards a bonus. The report performs the eligibility check for every month in the bonus period.
The eligibility check is on the nominal salary. The Nom.ExGrat Base Lo limit Wage Type (/120) represents the nominal salary.
