Definition

Select this option if you want the report to compute bonus on an annual salary basis.

The India Specific Bonus Calculation screen will display the Wage Type field when you select the Annual Salary Basis option. For computing the basis salary for bonus, the report will include all wage types that you have selected in the Wage Type field.

If you have selected the Annual Salary Basis option, you can also select the following options on the screen:

• As per Payment of Bonus Act
• Wage type for amt exceeding POBA amount
• Maximum monthly basis limit
