Definition
Indicates that the employee received a Universal Social Charge (USC) refund in their previous employment.
Use
When entering the P45 data for a new employee, if the refund box next to the "Mark box 'X' if the USC figure at (h) is a refund" is marked with an 'X', you should set this indicator on the Starters Details Ireland (IT0359) infotype.
When you prepare a P45 form for a change of ERN, the system checks whether the box next to the "Mark box 'X' if the USC figure at (h) is a refund" text on the form is marked. If so, the system sets this indicator on the Starters Details Ireland (0359) infotype.
