Definition

The method used to calculated the employee's and employer's insurance contributions. You have a choice of using either:

• a percentage of the employee's income,
• a fixed amount, or
• a combination of a fixed amount and a percentage of the employee's income

Note

If you select the Enable infotype entry checkbox in the Indonesia Insurance Contributions and Limits view (V_T7ID13) for the insurance scheme, you can override the default calculation rule at the respective Jamsostek (0242) or Private Insurance (0319) infotype screen.
