Definition

Indicates the status of productivity assessment for an employee with a disability.

Use

You can select one of the following statuses:

  • No assessment
    The employee does not undergo the productivity assessment. To calculate the minimum wage for this employee, the system uses the standard hourly rate of statutory minimum wage (SMW).
  • Under assessment
    The productivity assessment is in process. To calculate the minimum wage for this employee, the system multiplies the standard rate of SMW by the percentage rate that represents the employee's current wage level.
  • In trial period
    The employee is in a trial period. The employee's rate for minimum wage is 50% of the standard SMW rate.
  • Assessment completed
    The productivity assessment for this employee is completed. To calculate the minimum wage for this employee, the system multiplies the standard rate of SMW by the certified percentage rate of productivity.
