Definition
Indicate that the employee is not eligible for the statutory minimum wage requirement.
Use
Select the checkbox in the following cases (the list is not exhaustive):
- Employment Ordinance does not apply to this employee.
- The employee is a student intern.
- The employee is under apprenticeship contract.
- The employee is a contracted employee.
When the checkbox is selected, the system does not run the minimum wage check on the employee or calculate the difference between his or her wage payable and the required minimum wage.
