Definition
The entitlement portion of a MPF/ORSO or similar-type scheme. The entitlement plan collects and processes the data necessary to calculate the employee's entitlement benefits upon retirement or termination.
Note
For those MPF/ORSO or similar-type schemes that require employee and employer contributions, the entitlement plan has a corresponding contribution plan.
