Definition
Specifies the wage type which contains the calculation base (relevant income) used to calculate an employee's entitlement payment associated with a retirement scheme.
You have to set up the appropriate calculation base wage type for each retirement scheme created.
Examples
You can use the employee's monthly pay (wage type /007) as a calculation base to calculate the employee's entitlement for a gratuity-type retirement scheme.
