This key field classifies an employee's age, years-of-service (YOS) and income threshold. It is used to determine the default employee's and employer's contribution percentages for a retirement scheme.
Example
A1, which defines the grouping Age > 18, YOS > 0, Income > $4,000, specifies the following default employee's and employer's contribution percentages:
Mandatory employee's contribution percentage = 5 %
Non-mandatory employee's contribution percentage = 5 %
Mandatory employer's contribution percentage = 0 %
Non-mandatory employer's contribution percentage = 5 %
