Definition

For garnishments, the time refers to the time the garnishment and transfer ruling is served, either by mail or by the court official.

For cessions, the contract start date is the decisive factor.

Use

The delivery date and time are used in payroll and in reporting programs.

The order of repayment of garnishments and cessions is determined in payroll by the date and time. The garnishment/cession with an earlier date or time has priority over a garnishment with a later date or time.
