Documentation
Definition
Indicator of irregular performance in payroll.
Use
By flagging this box, you indicate to the system that the payment made has already been posted in the payroll of the employee.
Dependencies
The function of this field is related to the generation period of an irregular performance. To be able to relate the generation period to an irregular performance entered via the 'Extra payments' infotype (0015) (and cumulated, possibly with other irregular performances, in accumulator /154 during the payroll process), you should create an infotype 0090 record with the same amount, parallel to the infotype 0015 record, and flag the 'in payroll' field. In the deduction statement generation process, the generation period indicated in infotype 0090 will be included, but taking into account the fact that the amount is already cumulated in the payroll results.
