Definition
This field contains the type or nature of the data element that appears in the following field. The data elements can be the Bases, Payments and Deductions that are used to calculate the employee's social insurance contribution basis, which are shared by segments EDL and EDT, or the Calculated and Totals, which contain the intermediate and final calculations for document CT-1 in segment EDT.
If the data element is a basis, the field will contain its amount. If it is a payment and/or deduction, it will contain the number of days and the amount.
