Definition

A prerequisite for formalising a particular contract.

List possible requirements:

  • Staff: Number of employees in the company.
  • Degree of challenge: Expressed as a percentage from 0 to 100.
  • Age: Employee's age
  • Unemployed: Unemployed person registered with the
    employment office (INEM) during the specified
    years.
  • Order of employment: Employee number within company
    (e.g. whether he/she was the first, second,
    etc.)
  • Retirement substitution: The retiree must already be the age that is
    specified.
  • Job in which females are under-represented
  • Gender: Female(F)/ Male(H)
  • Number of contracts per
    work center: The number of employees in a work center
    with the same social insurance contract.
    Used for training contracts, for example.
  • Change from temporary to permanent
  • Partner joining a cooperative
