Definition
Percentage rate set for the arrears surcharge incurred when contribution documents are submitted outside of the submissions period, or contribution payments are in arrears.
Use
The system adds the amount corresponding to the arrears surcharge percentage to the total settlement amount.
Procedure
Enter the arrears surcharge to be applied to the specified settlement periods.
Dependencies
The functionality for inhibiting allowances/reductions when generating CTs, which is set through constant TCIBO in constants table T511K, will only operate if this field is not in initial condition.
