Definition
Contributions percentage corresponding to unemployment insurance fund for concurrently employed workers.
Use
In the case of a concurrently employed worker, the FOGASA percentage and the percentages for professional training and unemployment should be applied depending on the contribution basis in "Other Contributions".
If the concurrently employed worker works for a company which does not make unemployment or FOGASA contributions and in the other company he/ she should make one or both contributions, this company should make a L00 settlement using the appropriate basis, aswell as a TP2 settlement (Concurrent employment. Settlement for general protection), with the difference of the worker's real basis and the basis reflected in the L00 settlement. In this settlement only the "Other Contributions" basis corresponding to unemployment and FOGASA or one of the two (as applies to the case) will appear.
