This field is used to indicate whether the reason for leave is voluntary or not. This is important for the purposes of applying the contribution surchage for contracts of less than 7 days duration. If leave is voluntary, the surchage does not apply, but if leave is not voluntary, then the surcharge should be applied.
Dependencies
The reasons for leave are stored in the "Adapting Actions and Reasons for Social Insurance" table (T5E30) using three keys: action, reason for action and sequence number. This means that there may be various entries with the same action and reason for action. If one of these entries is reported, then they must all be reported and vice versa, that is, either all or none should be reported. If this is not the case, employees with a contract of less than 7 days duration will be rejected from the payroll.
