Definition
The contract modality indicates whether the contract is for:
- training
- work experience
- apprenticeship (valid up to 17/05/1997).
The contract modality is part of the contract classification criteria, which also include: Category, Workingtime , etc.
Note:
As from 17th of May 1997, companies cannot enter into new apprenticeship contracts. However, this modality is maintained in the system for contracts created prior to that date.
