Definition
The name assigned by your company to identify contracts that are valid for Social Insurance. The contract ID is the code used to control the contracts in the system.
Use
There is no unique relationship between company contracts and social insurance contracts, which means that your company may have different contracts with the same social insurance code.
Contracts defined by your company may be classified according to:
- Personnel area and subareas, or
- Collective agreement and pay scale areas.
Dependencies
It is not mandatory to identify contracts in this way.
The standard SAP system contains the code assigned by Social Insurance as default.
