Definition
Obligatory for contracts with code 990 and 402 with duration less than or equal to 28 days.
Use
Determines whether or not the basic copy is obligatory. If the contract is not in writing, the basic copy is not obligatory, if it is in writing it is obligatory for contracts with code 402 (for contracts with code 990 it depends on Indicator for contracts for senior management).
