Administrative control date.
Use
This field meets a Social Insurance Administration requirement in relation to the exemption of surcharges for additional settlements in FAN type messages through the RED system.
Procedure
Enter the appropriate date.
If you leave this field blank, the system will use the maintained date in the date infotype, I0041.
The control date will depend on the situation:
For additional settlements due to collective agreement delays, enter the date on which the agreement is signed.
For additional settlements due to processing wages, enter the date on which the decision, conciliation report, ect is notified.
For settlements due to advanced or voluntary payments, enter the agreement date as the control date.

The date entered in this field is linked to the 'Surcharge exemption' field of infotype 0061. You should enter a date whenever an employee is exempt from the surcharge.
Note:
Ensure that the control date is maintained in infotype 0041 'Dates'.
If the date maintained in the infotype 0041 is not the same for all the employees processed, the system will display an error message and the FAN message will not be generated. You can avoid this by entering the appropriate date in this field, which has priority over the date in infotype 0041.
