Documentation
For childcare, the taxable basis is reduced for each child under the age of three, generating entitlement to the application of the minimum for children.
In the event of adoption or fostering, both pre-adoptive and permanent fostering, this reduction can be made, regardless of the age of the minor, during the tax period in which the event is recorded in the civil registry and in the following two periods. When inscription is unnecessary, the reduction can be applied in the tax period in which the corresponding legal or adminstrative resolution is passed and in the following two periods.
