Definition
The child maintenance amount that is set by a court order. You can deduct this amount from the tax basis to calculate the employment tax (IRPF) settlement basis.
The employment tax (IRPF) deduction rate to be applied is obtained using the settlement basis, which is calculated with the following formula:
