Definition
This field contains the direct payment or deduction percentage or rate used for each payment.
If more than one rate has been used for a single payee during the year, the last rate will be used.
The field is divided into two subfields:
- Integers, for the whole number part of the rate. If it does not exist, fill with zeros.
- Decimals, for the decimal part of the rate. If it does not exist, fill with zeros.
