Definition
Annual amount of any compensatory payments that the payee may be obliged to pay his/her spouse, by court order. In all other cases, the field is filled by zeros.
This data is only used for payments corresponding to the following payment keys:
- A (Direct employees in general)
- B (Pensioners and passive credit payees)
- C (Unemployment benefits or subsidies) and
- D (Unemployment benefits paid as a single payment).
