This field contains the number 1 in cases where, because the income was earned in Ceuta or Melilla and is entitled to the deduction established in article 55.4 of the Tax Act, the payer has specified the deduction type in accordance with the provisions of articles 75.2 and 88.1 of the Tax Regulations.
In all other cases, the field is filled by a zero.
