Absolute time for the due date of a partial amount for a payment plan item dependent on the periodicity entered in the field, that is:
- Either the number of days after which the partial amount is due, if the value due date for the start of a period is entered in the field.
- Or the number of days before which the partial amount is due if the value due date for the end of a period is entered.
