Definition
Determines whether a part period should be booked with an absence type.
Use
If the indicator is selected, an absence type is only booked when a complete part period is available.
If the indicator is not selected, an absence type is only booked also, if no complete part period is available.
Procedure
Examples
In your company you define the Health cure absence event. For a five day health cure, two days should be booked with the absence type Health cure, leave deduction ER.
An employee is on a health cure for four days.
- The indicator is selected: In this case, no days are booked with the Health cure, leave deduction for ER absence type, since the part period in question is not five complete days.
- The indicator is not selected:
In this case, the first two days of the absence type are booked with the desired absence type, although it does not amount to five complete days.
