Definition

This field contains the leading months for increasing the pension percentage. For each period of 12 full calendar months, one percentage point is added to the pension percentage until the upper limit of 70 per cent is reached.

Use

Under certain conditions, a temporary increased pension percentage is permitted.

There is an increase of one percentage point for each period of 12 full calendar months during which the pension holder is liable for imputable compulsory insurance contributions for the fulfillment of the wait time after his or her 17th birthday. As of 01/01/2002, the remaining calendar months are to be converted using denominator "12" and applying the rounding rules. These times cannot be included as a pensionable employment period in the calculation of the pension percentage. The pension percentage calculated cannot exceed 70 per cent.

As of the eighth adjustment of the pension payments after 12/31/2002, the pension percentage increases by 0.95667 percentage points for each period of 12 full calendar months; as of this time, the upper limit is 66.97 per cent.
