Definition
Use
The system uses this constant to calculate the employer contribution. Based on the setting that you make in the Contribution Payment Settings group box in the Supplementary Insurance (3532) infotype, the employee or employer can make the employer contribution.
To calculate the amount, the system multiplies the contribution base by the contribution rate and adds the contribution constant to the result.
Dependencies
You define the contribution constant in the Customizing activity Define Contribution Base, Rate, or Constant.
If you select a contribution payment setting other than No Contribution, the constant appears in the Supplementary Insurance (3532) infotype.
